Great to meet you!

Welcome — You’ve Just Taken a Powerful Step. Thank you for visiting my page, and congratulations on taking a meaningful step toward growth. Life can be challenging, and at times, our personal and professional worlds can feel overwhelming. Stress, anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions can deeply impact how we show up at work, at home, and within ourselves.

My focus: I specialize in supporting individuals navigating Depression and Anxiety, Relationship & Communication Issues, Men’s Mental Health, Life Transitions, Stress & Burnout (especially in high-demand careers), Performance Anxiety (including athletes and professionals), Grief & Loss.

I have a special focus on helping professionals such as: Educators, Therapists/Counselors, Healthcare Providers, First Responders, Law Enforcement, and Military Personnel. I also offer a supportive space for first-time therapy clients, new and seasoned fathers, and men seeking emotional clarity, purpose, and balance.

My approach to therapy

My Approach: Personalized, Practical, and Strength-Based. I believe therapy should reflect you. That’s why I tailor each session to your unique strengths, personality, and goals.

My therapeutic style integrates: Strength-Based – Focusing on what’s working well and building from there, Solution-Focused Therapy – Helping you identify concrete steps toward your goals. Mindfulness-Based Strategies – Grounding you in the present to reduce anxiety and increase awareness. Together, we’ll explore patterns, reframe perspectives, and cultivate tools that support long-term change.

What you can expect from me

What to Expect: A Safe, Supportive, and Honest Space. My communication style is empathetic, warm, and direct. I offer a safe space where you can speak freely, without fear of judgment. I believe trust and transparency are the foundation of any successful therapeutic relationship, and I’m here to meet you where you are.

My journey to mental healthcare

Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a teacher in both elementary and high school, teaching Spanish and Science. That experience shaped my understanding of the unique challenges educators and helping professionals face. My passion for mental health grew out of my time in the classroom, where I saw how deeply stress, trauma, and burnout affect individuals and communities.

My goals for you

Therapy is a Collaboration. You’re the expert on your life. My role is to help you uncover insights, challenge unhelpful patterns, and develop actionable strategies to move forward. We’ll work together to define clear goals and create a plan that fits your needs, lifestyle, and values. My clinical perspective will help us explore underlying factors that may be contributing to your current struggles, so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.

My first session with you

The first session is all about getting to know you. We’ll discuss your current challenges, personal history, and what you’re hoping to gain from therapy. It’s a relaxed, open conversation designed to help you feel seen, heard, and supported right from the start. Ready to Get Started? If you feel like I may be the right fit, I invite you to schedule a session. Whether you’re feeling stuck, going through a transition, or simply want to improve your mental wellness, you deserve a space to reflect, heal, and grow. Let’s take this journey together—toward a more grounded, fulfilled, and empowered you.
