Great to meet you!

I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, short-term therapy, and ongoing follow-up care. I’m trained to work with people at every stage of life, including children, adolescents, adults, and older adults, so I can support you or your loved ones wherever you are in your journey.

My approach to therapy

I believe your diagnosis does not define who you are. Life is a journey, and a diagnosis is simply a bump in the road. It’s okay to take a detour, slow down, or define a new normal for yourself. My role is to walk alongside you as a partner in your care. Together, we’ll build a treatment plan that reflects your goals, values, and preferences, and we’ll adjust it as your needs change over time. You are the expert on your own life, and I’m here to bring my clinical knowledge to support you.

What you can expect from me

Your first visit is an important step in your treatment journey. During our initial appointment, I’ll take the time to learn about you, including your current concerns, your medical and mental health history, your family background, and what’s happening in your life right now. This detailed history helps me understand the full picture so we can create a plan that truly fits you. You can expect open-minded conversations and a non-judgmental space where you can share at your own pace. My hope is that you leave our first visit feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path forward.
