Great to meet you!

I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and life transitions.

Many of my clients are used to carrying a lot, showing up for others, and trying to function even when they feel anxious, exhausted, disconnected, or overwhelmed inside. I also value care that makes room for the whole person, including culture, identity, values, relationships, and faith. For clients who want it, Christian faith can be thoughtfully integrated into therapy.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, CPT, TF-CBT, psychoeducation, coping skills, and emotional regulation strategies to help clients better understand their patterns, process painful experiences, and build tools for daily life.

I also believe therapy should move at a pace that feels safe and supportive. Our work may include exploring thoughts, emotions, relationships, past experiences, stress responses, boundaries, coping patterns, and the strengths you already carry. The goal is to help you feel more grounded, supported, and equipped to move toward healing and clarity.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, we will talk about what brings you to therapy, what has been feeling difficult, and what kind of support you are hoping for. I will ask about your current concerns, history, symptoms, strengths, stressors, and goals so we can begin shaping a plan for your care.

You do not have to have everything figured out before starting. The first session is also a chance for you to ask questions, get a feel for how therapy with me works, and decide whether it feels like a good fit.
