Emmie Macalisang

Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. I’m Emmie Macalisang, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of nursing experience. I specialize in treating adults with ADHD, anxiety, panic, depression, and adjustment disorders. I provide compassionate, collaborative, and respectful psychiatric care where clients feel heard, supported, and valued.

My background includes inpatient psychiatric nursing, where I was nominated for the DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses. Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse populations across various mental health settings.

I provide holistic, person-centered psychiatric care that integrates evidence-based treatment, health education, supportive therapy, and medication management. When appropriate, GeneSight testing may be utilized to help guide medication decisions.

Due to telehealth limitations, I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to determine appropriateness of care. Services are offered via telehealth, with in-person visits available by appointment only.

The first session is up to 60 minutes and includes a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation and history. You can expect a safe, supportive space where you can openly express your thoughts and concerns with privacy and respect.

We will work collaboratively to develop an individualized treatment plan, which may include medication management if indicated. My goal is to help you feel supported and empowered to take an active role in your mental health so you can live a healthier, more fulfilling life.
