Great to meet you!

My passion as a Licensed Professional Counselor is helping people move from surviving to truly living. I specialize in supporting individuals and couples who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves or their relationships. Together, we work to uncover patterns, build emotional resilience, and create meaningful change rooted in self-awareness and self-worth.

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, honest, and empowering, not intimidating. My goal is to help you develop clarity, confidence, and the tools needed to navigate life with intention and purpose.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, intentional, and grounded in trust. I believe meaningful change happens when clients feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to grow. In our work together, I focus on understanding your experiences, identifying patterns that may be holding you back, and helping you develop practical tools for emotional regulation, communication, and resilience.

I take a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach, integrating evidence-based practices while remaining flexible to each client’s unique needs. Sessions are structured yet conversational, allowing space for reflection, insight, and real-life application. My goal is not just insight, but sustainable change that carries beyond the therapy room.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. We’ll work together to figure this out! I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing and being vulnerable, while also feeling secure. From there, we’ll work together in the sessions that follow to make these goals a reality for you.
