Great to meet you!

In a world where it's easier to talk to AI than a real life person we are all seeking connection and understanding. It's my job to seek to understand build a strong rapport while we work through your anxiety, depression, work stress, life transitions, and relationship issues. My goal is to help you learn how to work through these issues and find healthy ways to manage and cope with them. I love what I do, and am here to listen and offer a fresh perspective on your situation. Come see me in person or virtually.

I love working with the typical issues of mental health such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. What sets me apart is that I work with people that have just received a diagnosis of a life changing disability that has left them wheelchair bound. I also work with college students around body image and self-esteem issues as well as life transitions.

I would love to hear about you and your story. I am passionate about helping others to feel listened to and acknowledging that we are not identified by our mental health issues. I want to be able to help be a guide to your healing.

My approach to therapy

The treatment types I use are ACT, CBT, Integrative, and Person Centered. I like to incorporate different types of treatments to help bring a fresh perspective to sessions. Each treatment type can bring something to the table that the client hasn't thought of, and brings a new lens to the clients situation.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a warm and welcoming environment to allow clients to feel safe in sharing their goals for therapy. I like to work with clients on creating achievable goals while also challenging them to be able to answer their own questions.
