Great to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides a warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed space for adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship stress, life transitions, cultural identity, and the impact of past experiences. I earned my Master of Social Work in 2011 and have over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families across therapy, medical social work, hospice, end-of-life care, caregiver stress, and complex family dynamics.
My approach is holistic, culturally responsive, and grounded in the belief that people are shaped by their relationships, environments, cultures, and lived experiences. As a Filipino American clinician, I understand how cultural identity, family expectations, intergenerational experiences, and generational trauma can shape a person’s emotional life.
My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and gently challenged toward meaningful change.
