Great to meet you!

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Fayetteville State University and a Master of Arts in Counseling from West Texas A&M University. I treat issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, marital/premarital relationships, addiction, family conflict and many other challenges. My therapeutic practice serves children 8 years and older, teens, adult individuals, couples and families.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Life can be a journey with constant and often rough obstacles. Take heart and know that you do not have to do it alone. Together we can overcome barriers and create goals to achieve a healthy and productive life. Everyone is different and no two struggles are the same. We will focus on what works for you and develop a plan to address all of the issues that you are dealing with.

What you can expect from our first session

I provide a safe place to talk about hard things. I want to help you along the journey to healing and working through difficulties that are causing pain and stress in your life. We work together to set realistic and achievable goals. You will not have to do this alone, I am here to guide and encourage every step of the way.
