My approach to therapy is eclectic - it will always be tailored to what suits you the best at a given time in your life. This will allow for flexibility in our therapeutic activities and conversations.

What you can expect from me

After introducing new thought patterns and behavioral modifications, you will feel more inclined to try them out in between our sessions. We will evaluate what worked and what didn't - then we'll build upon that.
