Great to meet you!

I am a bi-lingual, dually-licensed mental health therapist with over 13 years of experience supporting individuals navigating complex, overlapping emotional and physical health challenges. I specialize in working with depression alongside chronic pain, trauma and addiction, grief, loss, anxiety, and chronic fatigue. My approach focuses on helping clients better understand themselves while building practical, compassionate coping strategies. I strive to create a supportive space where healing feels possible, even in the midst of ongoing challenges. I also believe that psychoeducation fosters empowerment and strengthens self-advocacy.

I work with individuals experiencing a variety of conditions, including mood disorders, chronic pain, addiction, grief and loss, anxiety disorders, and severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder. I am knowledgeable about psychiatric medications and how they can support understanding and managing mental health conditions.

Starting therapy can feel like a difficult and intimidating step, and my goal is to make the process as safe, supportive, and comfortable as possible. One of the most important parts of therapy is finding a therapist you feel you can trust and openly confide in. I welcome you to contact our office and request to be linked to me for an intake session to see if we may be a good fit together.
