Great to meet you!

I’m Eneida Bridges, LCSW, a trauma-informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapist committed to helping adults, veterans, first responders, and trauma survivors find healing, balance, and renewed hope. Many of my clients come to me feeling weighed down by anxiety, depression, trauma, or the stress of daily life. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion and practical tools—supporting your journey from surviving to truly thriving.

This work is deeply personal to me. As the daughter of a Vietnam Veteran and law enforcement officer, a former Army soldier myself, and now a mom of twins, I have witnessed the emotional impact that service, sacrifice, and major life transitions can carry. I understand what it means to hold invisible burdens—and the courage it takes to seek support. My lived experience, combined with clinical expertise, allows me to connect with clients on a genuine level while guiding them toward meaningful growth and resilience.

Most importantly, I want you to know that you don’t have to face these challenges alone. Together, we can create a safe, supportive space where healing becomes possible and hope feels within reach.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), tailored to your unique needs. Sessions are collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping you gain practical coping skills while also addressing deeper wounds that may be holding you back. You’ll find a supportive space where you can safely explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect:

  • A safe, culturally responsive, judgment-free space
  • Support in managing anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress
  • Tools and strategies you can start using right away
  • A therapist who gets it, and will meet you with compassion and respect

If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on your healing journey.
