Great to meet you!

If you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, you’re not alone.

’m a bilingual (Spanish-English) therapist with over 20 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, emotional challenges, and relationship stress. I also work with teens and children facing behavioral, academic, and emotional concerns.

I hold Master’s degrees in Social Work from NYU and in Clinical Psychology from the Psychiatric Hospital of Caracas. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and practical—helping you gain clarity, build self-worth, and create healthier, more secure connections.

I believe meaningful change begins with connection. Let’s start there.

My approach to therapy

My approach is tailored to each person’s unique needs—I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Every individual, couple, and family brings their own story, strengths, and challenges.

I use an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based methods such as CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, and family systems therapies. This allows me to adapt our work based on what is most effective and meaningful for you.

My style is supportive, collaborative, and practical. I focus on helping you gain insight, manage emotions, and develop healthier ways of relating—so you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and respected. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, your current challenges, and what you hope to change.

Together, we’ll begin to identify patterns, clarify your goals, and create a direction that feels right for you. My approach is collaborative and paced to your comfort.

Clients often leave feeling more grounded, with greater clarity and a better understanding of their next steps.
