Great to meet you!

Life brings unexpected twists, pain, and uncertainty, but within each of us is the capacity to grow, heal, and create meaning from our experiences. Healing isn’t linear, and it doesn't mean forgetting the hardships — it means learning how to carry them differently, with more compassion for yourself. My name is Enika McClain, and I am a Certified Psychiatric/Family Nurse Practitioner. I have 20+ years of working with various populations in treating mental health disorders. I specialize in assessing, diagnosing and treating children, adults, and elderly with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, and more. I offer psychiatric evaluations, medication management and referrals.

My approach to therapy

I provide an individualized, culture sensitive, compassionate, supportive, evidenced based approach by specializing in bridging both mental health and holistic care.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions you should expect to have a safe, confidential and therapeutic environment that is individualized and tailored to the uniqueness of each person. You will have the opportunity to discuss your concerns, emotions, and goals. This is done by a comprehensive assessment and evaluation of your presenting symptoms, psychiatric, medical, and family history. Together we develop a plan that helps to improve your overall well-being.
