Great to meet you!

My name is Eniola Akinsunmi and I have been in the counseling field for over 11 years. I received my BA in Psychology from Tuskegee University and my MA in Community Counseling from Argosy University - Atlanta. I specialize in the following: depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, infertility, and spirituality.

My approach to therapy

I create a non-judgmental therapeutic atmosphere and I make sure to listen to my clients. I meet my clients where they are and I am there for them as they work on their goals. My non-judgmental atmosphere in the therapeutic relationship, my skills as a competent counselor, and my natural desire to help individuals can be assets for my client's healing process. Sometimes we need someone to listen to us vent about life stressors, and I am here for that as well!

What you can expect from me

I help clients to create realistic goals for themselves. I also meet clients where they are so that they can feel safe to open up in sessions.
