Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a medical background as a physician in Cuba. I provide bilingual English/Spanish psychiatric evaluations and medication management for anxiety, ADHD, depression, panic, trauma-related symptoms, mood concerns, and sleep difficulties. My goal is to make high-quality psychiatric care feel clear, respectful, and accessible through convenient telehealth visits.

My approach to therapy

My care is warm, thorough, collaborative, and evidence-based. I take time to understand your symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, daily challenges, goals, and previous treatments. I explain diagnoses and medication options in plain language so we can make informed decisions together. Your plan is individualized, monitored carefully, and adjusted based on your response and priorities.

What you can expect from me

Your first visit is a welcoming, detailed evaluation in English or Spanish. We will discuss what you are experiencing, how it affects daily life, your health history, previous treatment, and what you hope will improve. You can expect to leave with a clearer understanding of the next steps and a personalized treatment plan developed with you—not simply for you.
