Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey and have 10 years experience supporting clients with symptoms related to many diagnoses; such as Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, and Personality Disorders. My goal is to help clients with managing issues such as intrusive thoughts, disregulated mood, and impulse control getting in your way.

I work best with individuals who want to gain a genuine understanding of themselves, have willingness to address barriers blocking their progress, and are excited to collaborate with a supportive counselor who will compassionately challenge you to align with your goals.

My approach to therapy

My role is to help my clients achieve their goals and live more enjoyable lives. I strive to provide a supportive and affirming environment where you can safely explore and challenge yourself.

I am intensively trained in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and can combine various techniques and modalities to encourage self exploration and develop tools and techniques to reach current and future goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be an opportunity to help me better understand your needs and begin to develop a plan for treatment including what you are hoping to achieve through our work together.
