Great to meet you!

There are moments in life when you no longer recognize yourself. Maybe your thoughts never seem to quiet down, old wounds keep resurfacing, or you feel trapped in the same relationship patterns despite wanting something different. You may look like you're holding it all together while privately feeling exhausted, disconnected, or unsure how you got here.

For more than 11 years, I've helped individuals navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, eating disorders, panic, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. I believe our struggles make sense when we understand the experiences that shaped us. My goal is to create a compassionate, judgment-free space where you can explore your story, reconnect with your strengths, and begin creating meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a collaborative and deeply human process. Healing isn't about fixing who you are—it's about understanding yourself with greater clarity and compassion so you can make choices that align with the life you want to live.

My approach is relational, holistic, and solution-focused. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), person-centered therapy, strengths-based therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, trauma-informed care, Motivational Interviewing, family systems approaches, psychoeducation, and emotionally focused interventions. Together, we'll explore patterns that no longer serve you, process difficult emotions, strengthen coping skills, and build practical strategies that support emotional well-being, healthier relationships, and long-term growth.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can bring up a mix of emotions—hope, uncertainty, and maybe even hesitation. My goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment where you can show up exactly as you are.

In our sessions, we'll explore what has been weighing on you and identify the changes you'd like to make in your life. Clients often leave therapy feeling heard, understood, and more hopeful about the future. Over time, many experience reduced anxiety, improved relationships, greater self-awareness, healthier coping skills, and a renewed sense of confidence and direction. Therapy can become a space where healing feels possible and meaningful change begins.
