Great to meet you!

Our initial sessions will be devoted to building a trusting therapeutic relationship & problem(s) identification. Followed by setting both short- and long-term goals. My role includes helping you to become aware of your strengths and how to harness them to develop a new perspective of yourself as a good person, to think differently, to become aware of and avoid the pitfalls that once appeared insurmountable and caused you to see yourself as a victim, angry, anxious, depressed and all alone.

My approach to therapy

Our work is a collaborative & holistic process to help you realize that, at the core, you are NOT a victim, that life can be wonderful. You will learn to love yourself in a way that brings healing in all aspects of your life including in your darkest moments. Your defenses and how they can hinder change and foster anxiety, depression, trauma, hopelessness, anger, and future happiness will be explored. They will be replaced them with positive affirmations to cause and maintain change.
