Great to meet you!

Healing is not one-size-fits-all, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I work with adults experiencing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, men’s issues, and major life transitions, helping them better understand themselves and create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or simply not like yourself, my goal is to provide a supportive space where healing feels possible. I work best with individuals who are ready to actively engage in their mental health journey and take meaningful steps toward wellness.

My approach to therapy

While medication can be a valuable tool, I believe it is only one piece of the puzzle. Together, we will explore the full picture—life stressors, relationships, emotional patterns, habits, and overall well-being—to create a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. I offer a collaborative, individualized approach that may include psychiatric medication management, therapy, and integrative treatment options, including Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) for individuals seeking alternative pathways to healing.

What you can expect from me

I believe every person’s mental health journey is deeply personal. My approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and grounded in evidence-based care, ensuring that you feel genuinely heard, seen, and understood. We will build a strong therapeutic relationship and focus on what matters most to you, tailoring sessions to your goals, values, and experiences. Healing can be challenging, but with the right support, it can also be empowering, meaningful, and life-changing.
