My name is Ricky, and I am glad you are taking the first step toward better mental health. I obtained my Masters in Social Work at University at Albany, State University of New York.


Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and Solution-Focus Therapy. I've worked with both adults and adolescents in the areas of substance abuse and mental health. I work with adults and adolescents in severe crisis circumstances and life transitions.
