I enjoy come along side people in their journey to live up to their highest potential! I believe that every person is created unique and has a purpose! I have a background in substance abuse counseling and mental health giving me a unique perspective in co-occurring conditions. I do general mental health, but am also certified in ADHD and Christian Counseling.

My approach to therapy

I have an organic approach to therapy incorporating aspects of CBT, DBT and EMDR, IFS informed approaches. I offer a unique Christian perspective aligning scripture with mental health theories, tools and techniques to bring an integration of theology and psychology.
