I have been a therapist for over twelve years and still love what I do! I specialize in working with people who have experienced trauma and am trained in EMDR, Brain Spotting, and Written Exposure Therapy.

My approach to working with clients is collaborative and intentional. Clients come to me knowing what they want or need to change to feel better, and it is my job to work with them on finding the best way forward.

Trauma work isn't easy; I work hard with my clients to develop self-regulation skills and move at a pace they feel comfortable with. Even when a session is uncomfortable and challenging, I hope my clients still see it as progress towards their goals.
