Motivational interviewing is a counseling method that helps people resolve ambivalent feelings and insecurities to find the internal motivation they need to change their behavior. It is a practical, empathetic, and short-term process that takes into consideration how difficult it is to make life changes.

I use an open-minded approach to meeting the client where they are at, I don’t believe in labels, you the client tell me where you are at in substance use co-occurring process, and we work from there. I don’t believe in one size fit all, we are individual with our own individual issues. Let’s start your journey to healing.
