I am a board certified-nurse practitioner with over 15 years of experience in mental health. I have worked with children and adults in both outpatient and inpatient settings at Kaiser Permanente and Sutter Health, respectively.
I specialize in the treatment of mental disorders among adolescents ages 15 to 18, adults, ages 19 to 65+. My experience includes managing depression, anxiety, trauma, psychosis, attention deficit disorder, early dementia, anger, stress, and insomnia.
I couple traditional psychiatric treatment with alternative medicine. I not only provide conventional psychotropic medication management for my clients, but also use psychotherapy coupled with mindfulness and talk therapy modalities to help my clients achieve their optimal state of wellness--mind, body & spirit.
