Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Eric Billig, LMFT, and thanks for taking the time to visit my page. What makes me different from many other therapists is my unique approach to therapy, which includes connecting mental interventions to physiological systems. This is called neuro-cognitive model. Our conscious mind is run by our unconscious drives, our unconscious drives are programmed from our daily behaviors and thoughts.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Neurocognitive helps you understand how the psychological system operates. I will upload new software so to speak. Your conscious mind is driven by your unconscious wired pathways. Using mindfulness, logic, wellness, and hard work, we create new pathways and new behaviors.

What you can expect from our first session

Identifying negative unconscious drives, practicing daily mindfulness, and increasing wellness. This will create a new perspective and thus new behaviors.
