Great to meet you!

I believe that most people seek therapy when they are at a critical life transition or on the brink of a new growth stage. Whether you are struggling in your relationships, your career, or with your own self-acceptance, I am here to help you identify the 'key factor' holding you back. My background is rooted in helping clients navigate the challenges of trauma and depression, especially when those issues feel blocked from normal healing. I view it as an honor and a privilege to walk alongside you on your journey toward greater health and well-being.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an integrative, evidence-based approach designed to get to the root of what is wrong rather than just managing symptoms. For couples and relationship work, I specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to help rebuild secure bonds. For individual work, I incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Trauma Integration Protocol (TIP) to help you resolve past trauma and tap into innate capabilities you likely already possess. My style is collaborative and 'sleuth-like'—I love helping clients uncover the specific patterns that are keeping them stuck so we can resolve them together.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my primary goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard. We will begin by discussing what brought you to therapy and identifying the goals that matter most to you. You can expect a conversational and supportive environment where we explore your history and current challenges without pressure. By the end of our first meeting, we will have a clearer picture of the 'key factors' we want to address and an initial plan for how we can work together to help you move forward into your next stage of growth.
