Great to meet you!
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, educator, and former coach with over two decades of experience helping individuals grow through life’s challenges and step into their purpose. I earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Louisville, a Master of Arts in Psychology from Houston Baptist University, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership from the University of Houston–Clear Lake. Throughout my career in education, higher education, and mental health, I have worked with adolescents, adults, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, guiding them toward emotional healing, clarity, and resilience.
My approach to counseling is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and practical strategies for real-life change. Clients often describe me as relatable and easy to talk to — someone who understands that we are all “everyday people” navigating complex seasons of life. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be heard, supported, and challenged in healthy ways.
I specialize in working with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, men’s issues, motivation struggles, and emotional overwhelm. I also have extensive experience supporting youth, student-athletes, educators, and high-performing professionals who may appear strong on the outside but feel stretched internally.
For clients who desire it, I am comfortable integrating faith into the counseling process as a source of strength and meaning. At the same time, I fully respect and support clients from all belief systems.
My goal is not just to help you cope — it is to help you grow, gain insight, and develop the tools needed to move forward with confidence.
Seeking support is a powerful first step, and you don’t have to walk your journey alone.
