Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Florida with over eight years of clinical experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges. I am also a Retired U.S. Army Officer, having proudly served more than 30 years in the United States Army. My military background has given me a deep understanding of leadership, resilience, trauma, transition, and the unique stressors faced by service members, veterans, and their families. I like to hear people and assist them in being the best they can be.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in assisting clients experiencing PTSD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, stress, family conflict, parenting challenges, and difficulties with concentration and memory. I work with adolescents, young adults, senior adults, and couples, as well as individuals who are seeking clarity, direction, and a meaningful path forward in their lives.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a supportive, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. Taking the first step toward therapy takes courage, and my role is to walk alongside you as you build insight, resilience, and a more fulfilling life.
