As an ANCC board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I specialize in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of mental health conditions. I'm a graduate of Ohio University with years of experience caring for adult patients.
I am dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care, in a nonjudgemental and supportive environment, to individuals who are striving to build resilience, restore balance, and improve their overall quality of life. Please note that I do not prescribe controlled substances, and I only see patients age 18 and older.
Our first session is about getting to know you. With a patient-centered approach, I believe that effective mental health care begins with listening. Every individual’s experience is unique, and treatment should reflect that. I work collaboratively with patients to develop personalized care plans that may include medication management, supportive therapy, lifestyle strategies, and wellness-focused interventions.
