Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), and Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS), I am committed to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion, respect, and evidence-based care. I earned my graduate degree from Rutgers University and have extensive experience supporting adolescents and adults facing substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, anger management concerns, and other emotional and behavioral challenges.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, goal-oriented, and tailored to each client's unique needs. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help clients identify unhelpful thought patterns, strengthen coping skills, increase motivation for change, and build healthier ways of managing life's stressors.

What you can expect from me

I believe that lasting change begins in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and empowered. Whether you are working toward recovery from substance use, managing anxiety or depression, improving emotional regulation, or navigating a difficult life transition, I will work alongside you to develop practical strategies that promote resilience, personal growth, and lasting well-being.

Seeking help is a courageous first step. My goal is to provide the guidance, support, and clinical expertise needed to help you achieve meaningful and sustainable change.
