Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience, I help individuals and families navigate anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, anger, addictions, trauma, and major life transitions. I have a particular passion for working with active-duty military, veterans, first responders, and law enforcement, drawing on years of experience helping people manage high levels of stress, trauma, and the demands of service. As a clinician and clinical supervisor, I bring a practical, focused approach to helping clients move beyond feeling stuck and begin creating meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel understood—not judged—and where you leave with practical ways to move forward. My style is calm, personable, and solution-focused, helping clients identify the patterns that keep them stuck and discover new ways of responding to life’s challenges. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety or panic, anger or addictive behaviors, or simply feeling like you’ve lost your direction, I work collaboratively with you to build on your strengths, create realistic change, and regain a sense of control and confidence in your life.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, the priority is to work clearly understand your situation and work toward providing direction for your immediate concerns. We will approach our work with curiosity and an open attitude toward your feedback, ensuring that our collaboration directly aligns with your goals and comfort level.
