Great to meet you!

I hold a Master’s in Music Therapy from NYU, am a Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC), and a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT). I am also certified in DARe (Dynamic Attachment Re-Patterning), integrating somatic and attachment work for deeper trauma resolution. My trauma imformed approach was profoundly shaped by a decade of work in foster care and with children on the autism spectrum, as well as a Fulbright Senior Research Scholarship in Kolkata, India.

In my private practice, I offer individual psychotherapy and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), having facilitated over 400 KAP sessions—an effort recognized with Journey Clinical’s Trailblazer Award. Above all, my focus remains on helping clients gain personal clarity, self-understanding, and sustainable growth.

My approach to therapy

I deeply believe every person has an innate capacity for healing. My role is to help you reconnect with that inner wisdom so you can grow, shift, and feel more at home in yourself. My clinical training, certifications, and lived experiences all shape the intuitive, attuned way I work with clients.

My work blends somatic therapy, attachment therapy, mindfulness, sound/music therapy, and when appropriate, psychedelic integration. I support individuals, couples, and groups who want to update old attachment patterns, deepen somatic awareness, and create meaningful change.

My practice, Sound + Nature, involves two main approaches:

1) Restoring your own authentic Nature through exploration and integration of the various parts of your personality and identity.

2) Using sound and other somatic approaches to regulate and restore the nervous system.

Sessions can take place indoors, online, or outdoors in nature.

What you can expect from me

My therapeutic approach integrates talk therapy with somatic, experiential, and creative practices. In our first session, you can expect an opportunity to talk about what brings you to therapy and receive some grounded insight and experiential interventions.
