Great to meet you!

I am a board-certified psychiatrist and psychotherapist with expertise in medication management, psychoanalysis, CBT and mindfulness-based therapy. I also have expertise in interventional treatments and work as a clinical professor at Northwell Zucker Hillside Hospital. I work with adults and have openings in the evening and weekends for busy working professionals. I specialize in treating a wide array of conditions: Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Social Anxiety, ADHD and Insomnia. At this time, I am only taking patients who are interested in medication management not individual therapy.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm and empowering approach in my practice. I like to hear your unique life story. This helps me to understand your past, aspirations in life and more importantly your true authentic self. Through a combination of therapy, medications and if necessary interventional treatments, I will help you reach your goals.

What you can expect from me

I always start with a short introductory phone call (15 minutes) to briefly understand your needs. If we are a good fit, our first intake session (1 hour) will be dedicated to learning more about you and what you hope to gain from our work together. From there on, we will determine treatment frequency and durations.
