Great to meet you!

My name is Eric Hinojosa, MA, LPC, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Texas Wesleyan University. I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology at Saybrook University, where I continue to expand my clinical training and understanding of psychological assessment, personality, and psychotherapy.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is primarily psychodynamic and psychoanalytic, meaning that I help clients explore not only what they are experiencing today, but also the deeper emotional patterns, relationships, and past experiences that may influence how they think, feel, and relate to others. I believe meaningful change often begins with developing a better understanding of ourselves and the patterns we may unknowingly repeat.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment where clients can speak openly, develop greater self-awareness, and work toward meaningful and lasting change. Rather than simply focusing on reducing symptoms, I strive to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and develop healthier ways of navigating the challenges in their lives.
