Great to meet you!

Now accepting new clients with commercial insurance through Headway. I specialize in ADHD, autism, trauma, anxiety, and depression. My style is neurodivergent-affirming, creative, and collaborative.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, certified ADHD provider, and integrative therapist offering care for adults, teens, and children ages 5 and up. I support clients navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, depression, trauma, and a wide range of mental health concerns. My approach blends structured methods such as DBT, CBT, mindfulness, and biofeedback with creative and experiential practices, including Expressive Arts Therapy, therapeutic roleplaying, somatic therapy, music-based listening practices, and Existential Therapy.

I strive to create an inclusive, affirming space for clients of all identities and backgrounds, with a special commitment to the neurodivergent community, BIPOC, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and others who have felt overlooked or misunderstood in traditional mental health settings. In addition to individual therapy, I offer small group sessions focused on executive functioning, emotional regulation, and identity exploration. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about your path, I will work with you to move forward with clarity, intention, and a renewed sense of purpose.

My approach to therapy

I bring lived experience with ADHD and mental health into the therapy space and prioritize authenticity, curiosity, and respect in every session. My approach combines DBT, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and trauma-informed care with creative and client-centered practices.

For many clients, Expressive Arts Therapy and therapeutic roleplaying open new ways of processing emotion, exploring identity, and building insight. I also integrate Existential Therapy, biofeedback, and somatic methods to support reflection on meaning, purpose, and the choices that shape our lives. This blend helps create a therapy experience that is both grounded and deeply personal.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will identify your goals and discuss what therapy can look like for you. My goal is to create a flexible, supportive space where we can collaborate on healing and growth.

You may leave sessions with practical tools, emotional insight, or creative breakthroughs depending on your needs and preferences. Whether we focus on anxiety, attention, trauma, identity, or life transitions, our work will be personalized and grounded in your values and strengths.
