Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have been in mental health for over a decade. I have worked with children, adolescents, teens, and adults of all ages. I obtained a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Oregon State University and a Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sonoma State University. I specialize in treating teens and adolescents experiencing depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and behavioral challenges.

My approach to therapy

I passionately believe in your inherent worth, and I believe you have the tools needed to make the changes you want in your life. My goal is to walk beside you on your journey and collaborate with you on where you want to go, what you want to do, and how you wish to cultivate your own experience. I believe good therapy stems from non-judgement and acceptance. Come as you are, and know that however you show up, that is ok.

What you can expect from me

I am honored and privileged to bear witness to the stories, experiences, and challenges that shape who you are as a person. People of all genders, sexualities, races, sizes, and abilities are welcome in my practice. Recognizing and acknowledging my privilege and how it shows up in relationships, personal and professional, is of great importance to me.
