Dr. Eric Rutberg

With a Doctorate, a Masters degree and 30 years of experience as a clinician and health educator, I've been working with children, adults and families offering the most advanced treatment, to help clients gain insight and learn skills to put into action between sessions.

I help clients harness the power of their unconscious, their emotional intelligence and their personal authenticity to overcome barriers to resolving deep pain, debilitating suffering and paralyzing life challenges. Together we examine the roots of their problems and create a plan to build the life they long for.

As an adjunct instructor at the University of Southern Maine, teaching psychological testing and Assessments, clients can count on my ability to conduct a thorough assessment and we will consider a number of tests that may help illuminate underlying issues. Treatment includes a combination of building a therapeutic alliance, evidence-based, engaging interventions.
