Great to meet you!

I'm a bilingual (Spanish and English) therapist with a Master's in Social Work from Cal State Northridge and over 8 years of experience working with individuals and families across Los Angeles. I've spent my career in communities that don't always get access to quality mental health care — supporting children with developmental disabilities, families in housing crisis, adolescents navigating identity, and men of color who've been told to push through it alone. Those experiences aren't just background. They're the reason I approach every client with real cultural understanding, not just clinical training. If you've been looking for a therapist who speaks your language — literally or figuratively — I want to hear what you're carrying.

My approach to therapy

Be collaborative and direct. Together we'll make sense of what's keeping you stuck, build practical tools you can actually use between sessions, and connect current patterns to where they might have started. Draw from CBT, trauma-focused approaches (including TF-CBT and CPT), Motivational Interviewing, and solution-focused strategies — adapting the approach to what works for you, not a template. Work especially well with clients who want real structure and honest feedback alongside genuine warmth.

What you can expect from me

Treat the first session like a real conversation, not a clinical intake. Talk about what brought you in, what life looks like right now, and what you're hoping changes. Ask questions and give you plenty of space to share at whatever pace feels right. By the end, you should have a clear sense of whether working together feels like the right fit — and if it does, begin mapping out a plan built around your actual life, not a one-size approach.
