Great to meet you!

I am a licensed independent social worker who emerged from his own mental health and substance abuse challenges with the desire to help others do the same. I am happy to meet my clients wherever they find themselves in their personal process toward what they would like to achieve.

My approach to therapy

I enjoy working with adult clients that need support overcoming depression, anxiety, and everyday life stressors to help them live as comfortably as possible. It is fulfilling to assist clients with formulating short and long-term goals, identifying and removing obstacles, and celebrating in their success.

What you can expect from me

I like to use my first session or two with clients to begin developing a therapeutic relationship and gathering information on how I can help.
