I have 8 years experience working together with people to help them improve their lives. I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy based approach to help the people I work with.
What is your approach to therapy?I specialize in anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues, and have worked extensively with people experiencing these issues in my practice. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?We will meet, I will help you determine your goals for your time in therapy, and we will develop a plan for how you will get there. We will seek to make progress towards your goal each week. Most clients start to feel a sense of relief within the first month and then continue to feel the positive impact of therapy more gradually after that.
