Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Eric, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania. I work with both teens and adults, including older adults (65+) who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, addiction, anger, grief, life transitions and ongoing stress.

Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward during life transitions or later stages of life. I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have experience in outpatient and private practice settings. My approach is supportive, practical, and focused on helping clients regain clarity, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical, conversational, and grounded in evidence-based care. I use CBT, ACT, REBT, and solution-focused strategies to help clients understand patterns that keep them stuck and move toward meaningful, realistic change.

Therapy is clear, down-to-earth, and focused on real-life application. Each session balances reflection with practical strategies, helping you understand what’s working, what isn’t, and how to move toward feeling more steady and authentic in your daily life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance to talk about what’s been most challenging lately and what brought you to therapy. I’ll ask questions to better understand your goals and what feels hardest right now, but there’s no pressure to share everything at once.

You can expect a calm, supportive space where we begin making sense of what’s happening and identify a direction and next steps that feel steady and realistic for you.
