Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm a licensed clinical social worker with a variety of experiences that inform my therapeutic practice. I've been a community organizer, youth advocate, a restaurant worker and a therapist throughout my career and all these experiences have shaped the therapist I am today. I find that my personal commitment to social justice helps my practice.

My approach to therapy

The foundation of my practice is Narrative Therapy and collective narrative practice. In addition, I find Motivational Interviewing, CBT and existential therapy to be helpful for people I work with. I maintain a person-centered and humanistic approach and use cultural humility to build bridges and understand my clients.

What you can expect from me

Therapy is a journey. You can expect me to be a well-informed and supportive guide as you engage in your own change process and growth.
