Great to meet you!

What I want my clients to know about me is that I genuinely care about the people I work with and consider it a privilege to walk alongside them during some of life's most challenging seasons. I believe that every person has inherent strengths and the capacity for growth, healing, and change, regardless of their circumstances. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself and discussing the issues that matter most to you. My professional journey includes more than 15 years of mentoring, counseling, and supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and families in both clinical and residential settings. These experiences have taught me the importance of building authentic relationships, meeting people where they are, and tailoring treatment to each individual's unique needs and goals.

I work with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, addiction and sexual addiction, life transitions, family conflict, and behavioral challenges. Whether you're seeking support as an individual, couple, parent, or family, I strive to provide practical tools, evidence-based interventions, and compassionate guidance that help you move toward meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy is most effective when it feels like a partnership. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you, help you gain insight into your experiences, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical strategies to help you achieve your goals. I view each client as the expert on their own life and work collaboratively to create a treatment plan that reflects their unique needs, strengths, values, and aspirations.

My approach is strengths-based, person-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where you can openly explore challenges, process difficult emotions, and develop the tools needed for lasting change. I believe that healing occurs through authentic relationships, increased self-awareness, and intentional action.

Whether I am working with an individual, couple, family, teenager, or child, I focus on helping clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, improve communication, and move toward greater emotional and mental well-being. I tailor my approach to each person's circumstances and goals, recognizing that no two individuals or families are exactly alike.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my primary goal is to get to know you and better understand what brings you to therapy. This is an opportunity for us to begin building a comfortable, supportive relationship where you can share your concerns, experiences, and goals at a pace that feels right for you.

We will discuss the challenges you're currently facing, relevant aspects of your personal history, and what you hope to gain from counseling. I will also answer any questions you may have about the therapy process and explain how we can work together moving forward.
