Great to meet you!

I work with clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or ready for a change but aren’t sure where to begin. I have a particular interest in supporting people navigating trauma, substance use, anxiety, ADHD, and depression. Whether you’re working through a difficult experience, struggling to manage your emotions, or looking for support with your mental health, I provide a compassionate space to feel heard and understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized to you. I combine evidence-based therapy approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused care, and motivational interviewing with medication management when appropriate. We’ll work together to understand what’s getting in the way and create practical steps toward feeling more stable and in control.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to slow down and focus on what brought you to care. We’ll talk about your current concerns, history, goals, and what you hope to change. You can expect a judgment-free conversation, thoughtful questions, and a clear plan for next steps. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about your care.
