Erica Baker

I am a graduate from Southeaster Oklahoma State University with a Masters in school Counseling. My experience and involvement in our communities, along with my faith in Jesus; give me a desire to hear and help ALL those in need. Everyone has a story and everyone's story is important. I use CBT and DBT skills to help clients better understand themselves, navigate difficult emotions, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and build healthier coping strategies. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where clients feel empowered to grow and work toward their personal goals.

Our first session will consist of discussing goals for therapy and building comfort.
