Great to meet you!

Hello, I'm Erica, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for providing mental health care. I hold a Master's degree in Social Work from Tulane University and specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, conflict resolution, and stress management. My approach is client-centered and empathetic, focusing on empowering you to achieve your personal goals. I am dedicated to providing a safe, supportive environment where we can work together to navigate life's challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, working closely with clients to identify their goals and develop personalized treatment plans. I use techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) such as coping skills and mindfulness to help clients manage their thoughts and emotions effectively.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate and collaborative approach tailored to your unique needs. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel safe to share and explore your thoughts and feelings. My hope is that after every session you have something tangible to take away such as a new skill or insight about yourself.
