Great to meet you!

My ideal clients are individuals who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress from relationships and work. Therapy can be challenging and scary for some. I will assist and support clients as they work toward the goals that they have set for themselves.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is laid-back and informal. I would like our sessions to feel like you are having a conversation with a friend while drinking coffee. I mainly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), looking at one's thoughts patterns and changing the thoughts patterns to improve the perspective.

What you can expect from our first session

Going to therapy can be a difficult decision to make even if you have been in therapy in the past. There can be stigmas attached to the concept of "telling all of your personal business to a stranger." I totally understand and I am here to encourage and support you.
