Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can be honest without judgment. My approach is warm, compassionate, and client-centered, while also helping you develop practical tools to manage challenges, build confidence, and create meaningful change.

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults who may be navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, or other challenges. My goal is to meet you where you are, recognize your strengths, and work alongside you at a pace that feels comfortable and productive.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and client-centered. I believe therapy should be a safe space where clients feel heard, understood, and free to be themselves without judgment. I take time to build genuine connections with my clients while also providing practical tools and strategies to help them work through challenges and reach their goals.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in school-based and outpatient settings. I have a background in counseling and enjoy supporting clients experiencing anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional or behavioral difficulties.

I view therapy as a collaborative process. Rather than simply telling you what to do, I work alongside you to identify your strengths, understand what may be keeping you stuck, and develop realistic steps toward positive change. My goal is for each client to leave therapy feeling more confident, supported, and equipped to navigate life.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect their first session to be a comfortable, welcoming space where we begin getting to know one another. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you hope to work on, and what you would like to gain from the counseling process. I’ll also ask questions about your background and current concerns so I can better understand your needs.

My goal is not to overwhelm you or make you feel like you have to have everything figured out. We’ll take things at your pace, answer any questions you may have, and begin identifying goals and strategies that feel realistic for you. Most importantly, I want you to leave your first session feeling heard, respected, and comfortable moving forward.
