Great to meet you!

I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s at California State University, Northridge. I have over 11 years of experience in the government sector working with a range of clients who experienced mental illness, trauma, or difficulty during life transitions. I have worked for years with people experiencing life transitions, stress, and anxiety to help them learn coping skills and tools to better manage life. I also specialize in Perinatal Mental Health and am passionate about working with people experiencing infertility or are currently pregnant or postpartum.

My approach to therapy

I try and offer a warm environment in which my clients can feel safe, heard and seen. I ask questions to better understand my client and have a very conversational style. My clients have described therapy with me as "meeting with a friend." I draw upon ACT, CBT and other mindfulness based therapies while using an integrative approach that is tailored to each client and their needs.

What you can expect from me

I complete an intake and focus on building rapport with my client to ensure they feel comfortable. We discuss general goals that they would like to achieve and talk about what therapy may look like for them.
