Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with over 10 years of experience helping people who look like they have it all together on the outside—but feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or disconnected on the inside.

Many of my clients struggle with things like burnout, overthinking, perfectionism, and feeling like they’re always the one holding everything (and everyone) together. You might find yourself overgiving in relationships, having a hard time saying no, or feeling stuck between who you are and who you feel like you should be.

I also work with individuals who are carrying unprocessed trauma, even if they don’t always label it that way. This can show up as anxiety, emotional numbness, self-doubt, shame, or feeling like you’ve lost touch with yourself.

My goal is to create a space where you don’t have to perform, prove anything, or have it all figured out. Together, we’ll begin to understand your patterns, gently process what you’ve been carrying, and help you reconnect with your voice, your needs, and your sense of self.

You deserve relationships that feel safe, a life that feels aligned, and a version of you that isn’t constantly running on empty.

My approach to therapy

You don’t have to stay stuck in survival mode.

I take a holistic, whole-person approach to therapy. Together, we will renew your mind, rewire your body, and restore your soul—helping you become your WholeBeing.

Our work focuses on your core beliefs, emotions, and how your body responds to stress and trauma. I help clients understand their survival patterns, learn to regulate their emotions, and work through challenges at the root—not just manage symptoms.

In our sessions, we go beyond just talking—we create space to slow down, process your experiences, and support real, lasting change. I integrate a variety of approaches, including emotional and body-based work, along with practical tools you can apply in your daily life.

For clients who desire it, I also integrate faith into the healing process in a way that is respectful, grounded, and personalized to your journey.

Clients often describe me as compassionate, understanding, and their biggest cheerleader. Many share that they’re surprised by how safe they feel opening up about painful experiences, even ones they’ve never talked about before.

I provide a supportive space while also gently challenging you to grow. I work best with individuals who are ready to move beyond survival mode and step into meaningful, lasting transformation.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, supportive, and collaborative environment. My goal is to help you feel safe, understood, and clear about what we’re working toward.

We will spend time discussing what brings you to therapy, overview of background and significant life experiences that has impacted your whole being. We will discuss what feels most pressing, and what you hope will feel different in your life.

I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your history, current stressors, relationships, and strengths, but you will not be pressured to share more than you’re ready for.

Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and creating a treatment plan that supports both symptom relief and long-term growth. I may also introduce simple nervous-system regulation tools or grounding strategies if helpful.

You should leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and clearer about next steps.
